I’m Jonathon, and I created GoLift because I was tired of cookie-cutter workout plans and aimless gym sessions. Like many of you, I’ve spent years tracking my lifts, testing new routines, and chasing progress. But I wanted something smarter—something that learns from me and helps me keep pushing forward.
GoLift started as a passion project. I’m a software engineer with a deep love for strength training. I combined my skills in AI and cloud infrastructure with my commitment to fitness, and built a tool I wish I had years ago: a personal training AI that adapts to your goals, tracks your performance, and evolves with you—without the fluff.
This isn’t just another fitness app. It’s a training partner that pays attention.
